Hein Pijnnaken

Hein Pijnnaken is a Transformational Coach, NLP Master (advanced), and microdosing educator & coach.
While growing up in the Netherlands—one of the most psychedelic-friendly countries in the world—I became familiar with psychedelics when I was 17 years old. I have been intrigued by the potential healing power of psychedelics, and have used them as transformative tools ever since. Today, he has over 30 years of experience guiding psychedelic sessions and has immersed himself—both theoretically and practically —in the topic of microdosing since 2016. He strongly believes microdosing is an incredible tool for self-development, especially in combination with effective coaching. Hein is also the co-founder of Microdose.nl, the first online Microdosing shop in the EU and official partner of our platform. Microdose.nl supports and sponsors our Research projects and events.
Wieneke van der Wissel

Wieneke van der Wissel is a Transformational NLP/Life, Psychedelic facilitator Coach and microdosing educator. And Head of our Microdosing Institute coaching team.
My role is to cultivate a safe and nurturing space in which my clients can explore their inner world, identify and overcome limiting beliefs or patterns, and establish a connection with their inner wisdom and guidance. Through my guidance, clients can learn to access their own intuition and spiritual insights, gain clarity regarding their purpose and life path, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and meaning. As a coach, I see my clients as complete and whole beings, each possessing their own unique answers and wisdom within. My purpose is to facilitate your journey of self-discovery and growth. Drawing from my profound connection to my own spiritual path, I am committed to guiding others on their personal journey of spiritual awakening and self-discovery
Jennifer Rotermund

Jennifer is a Psychedelic Integration Coach, Cannabis Health & Wellness Coach and Founder of Psychrament.
Jennifer Rotermund is a Sacred Ceremonialist & Shamanic Practitioner, trained & initiated in both a Lakota shamanic tradition and a Northern European Pagan shamanic tradition, for which she has held ceremonial space for 26 years. She is also a Certified Psychedelic Integration Coach, a Certified Cannabis Health & Wellness Coach, and works as the Lead Facilitator at the Microdosing Institute in the Netherlands. She is also the founder of the Psychrament Spiritual Community, in the US, an earth-centered, psychedelic-inclusive private associate church. She teaches, speaks and writes internationally in the psychedelic space and has been facilitating psychedelic ceremonial space for the past 10 years.
Ana Maria Badilal
Co-Facilitator Facilitator program

Ana Maria Badila is Microdosing coach and educator and an CO-Facilitator of our Microdosing Institute Facilitator program.
Born in Romania under communist era, Ana Maria’s journey has been one of resilience, transformation, and rediscovery. By 27, she held two Bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s in psychology, along with five years of experience teaching children with autism and mental disabilities. A personal loss propelled her to Canada, where she began a profound journey of healing and self-reclamation, guided by introspection and the transformative power of psychedelics.
Ana’s mission is to inspire others to shed societal conditioning, align with their true essence, and live their dreams. She believes healing is about rediscovering joy, creativity, and freedom—living in awe of the miracle that is life

Luc is our Program Coordinator and a Microdosing coach. He creates a safe and supportive space for you to explore the transformative potential of microdosing. My approach is intuitive and flexible, guided by what you need in the moment. I believe that meaningful growth happens when we listen to both the mind and the body, and my work emphasises the deep connection between the two.
Maria Islas
Masterclass teacher Facilitator program

Maria Islas is a Mexican artist, educator and transpersonal psychologist
Maria is dedicated to intertwining ancient Mexican arts and sciences with contemporary psychologies.
She is the founder of the Macuil Institute, a professional study community in transpersonal psychology that integrates the teachings of master artisans, traditional practitioners and native Mexican language teachers to redefine Western notions of health, illness and human evolution.
As a transpersonal psychologist, she has professional experience in public health, psychoanalysis and existential psychotherapy, in addition to being a certified Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator. She facilitates training programs in Mexico, Europe and Russia, where she has developed an intercultural education program for women, bringing together Russian shamanism and Mexican cosmology.
Her journey extends beyond the confines of conventional Western psychology, as she was born and raised within the mosaic of cultures of ancient Mexico, especially her Zapotec lineage.
For the past 13 years, she has delved into the possibilities of professional application of the ancient cosmic sciences in modern educational and healing contexts. Her personal studies also encompass sacred healing modalities, such as temaskalli ceremonies, traditional dances and eco-psycho-spiritual ceremonies.
Lauren Alderfer
Masterclass teacher Facilitator program

Lauren Alderfer is an certified Microdosing coach (MDI Facilitator Program), a Mindfulness educator and Masterclass teacher of our Microdosing Institute Facilitator program.
Lauren comes to the world of microdosing through the lens of her many decades of meditation. She shares how deepening a connection to one’s essential nature— living with ever greater loving-kindness and wisdom and interconnection with nature and all sentient beings— can be powerful experiences when approaching microdosing through the heart of mindfulness.
Living and working on the Indian subcontinent for almost 20 years, Lauren was also immersed in language preservation in the Tibetan refugee community. She blends a Western perspective with the deep spirituality of the East, infusing both in her personal and professional life.
She is the author of the upcoming book, Mindful Microdosing: A Guidebook and Journal. She is the award-winning mindfulness author of Teaching from the Heart of Mindfulness. She also wrote the popular children’s book, Mindful Monkey, Happy Panda as well as other Buddhist stories.
