Microdosing.nl and The Psychedelic Society of the Netherlands are co-organizing this very interesting public talk of the Mind Foundation integration team. This public talk aims to give an overview of the theoretical content and hands-on methods used within BEYOND EXPERIENCE-a structured 5-day training program that provides tools and theory to enable one to better incorporate their psychedelic experiences into everyday life. Based on principles of harm reduction and self-development, and drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Theory, BEYOND EXPERIENCE is the first manualized, evidence-based psychedelic integration program. Regina U. Hess, Ph.D., and David Heuer, MA Cand., will share their knowledge and experience as facilitators having already led BEYOND EXPERIENCE workshops in Amsterdam as members of the MIND Foundation Integration Team.

Speakers
Regina U. Hess, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, transpersonal psychotherapist, and researcher. She is faculty at international educational institutes and has authored various articles and books. She is a member of the Swiss Medical Society for Psycholytic Therapy. Regina is lead of the MIND Foundation Amsterdam Office, NL.
David A. Heuer, M.A. Cand., is a gestalt worker, workshop facilitator, author, and yoga teacher. He is a member of the MIND Therapy Committee and is currently writing his master’s thesis in intercultural philosophy and arts focusing on the notion of psychedelic experience and its potential transformational aspects.
