A decade ago in Brazil, I encountered psychoactive plants while being a highly effective yet disconnected student. This initiation into altered states of consciousness became a pillar in my exploration of new narratives for humanity on Earth. In 2020, during the construction of a meditation center, I faced burnout, and my microdosing practice evolved from enhancing creativity to a crucial tool for reconnecting with my body and embracing a more sustainable lifestyle. This transformative period, supported by microdosing and coaching, led me to redefine my path. Now, working part-time as an architect, I serve as a microdosing coach, author, and ritual tattoo artist, dedicated to supporting multiple facets of personal and societal transition.
Over the last decade, I continued researching and training in connecting and enhancing positive neurogenesis through self-hypnosis, dance medicine, massages, creativity, trauma healing, and more, with the support of micro, mini, and macrodosing.
As an architect, my expertise lies in translating ideas, emotions, and challenges into tangible projects—a process that closely mirrors the coaching journey. My role is to navigate the transition from the immaterial to plans and finally to construction. Holding space and providing tools during the birth of your vision, my mission is to help materialize dreams, sustain belief during challenging times, and celebrate the results as a perfect synthesis of imagination and process. I believe that genuine personal evolution must be integrated into one’s environment and matter, contributing to the broader socio-ecological transition.
As an illustration of the people I’ve had the opportunity to coach:
I’ve supported individuals in life transitions post-burnout, assisting them in finding a sense of desire, prioritizing self-care, and creating a supportive tribe environment while aligning their work with their talents. I’ve worked with students and young adults grappling with ADHD and giftedness, guiding them to define their purpose, face eco-anxiety, reconnect with their bodies, and unleash creativity. Additionally, I’ve assisted entrepreneurs in building care businesses and self-sufficient communities, guiding them to embrace their limitations and tap into collective intelligence to reinvent even more resilient and supportive systems.
