As a UKCP reg psychotherapist, Celtic shamanic practitioner, cacao ceremony, and accredited microdose facilitator, I hold space for depth transformation for individuals and groups. I offer microdose ceremonies in The Netherlands and work with people online to help educate and facilitate intentional microdosing. I have a particular interest in holding space for holistic practitioners and creatives.
I have 18 years experience in psychotherapy private practice helping people work through their traumas, enhance their mental health and come more fully into themselves. I have a high level of psycho-educational knowledge and enjoy helping people understand themselves and holding space for them to tap into this understanding in creative ways. My interest in psychedelics is both from a research and experiential perspective. I like to combine the science and the spiritual, the mystical and the practical. This makes me a very grounded and holding facilitator. I have had the pleasure of watching this third wave of psychedelics unfold into the mental health arena and feel fortunate to be a part of this evolving community. My own journey with psychedelics has felt deeply meaningful and liberating. I hope to bring my creative, holding and curious energy to the spaces I work within. I identify as an indigenous shamanic practitioner. Being half Welsh and spending much of my childhood there my practice is rooted in Celtic shamanism.

I have a bespoke approach to each microdosing client. At the initial intake we determine a tailored approach that works for you. This starts with one or two 121 sessions to help with the practicalities of getting started with microdosing. If needed you can then be supported in therapeutic sessions that can target underlying emotional issues such as trauma. We follow up after the dosing cycle with a final integration session. My intention is to help you connect, grow in authenticity and love.
Ceremonies are online or in settings where we can relax and let go of outside distractions. We start with a sharing circle and then move into the ceremony. The ceremony is where we connect deeply to the plants as medicine through a journey using visualisation, shamanic sounds and energy work this can last a couple of hours. We close the ceremony with a sharing and then if in person, share beautifully made food. The ceremonies are designed to help you connect deeply to the love in yourself, in others and in the world.
