The Microdosing Facilitator Program
Master Frameworks
Work with real clients
Join 12 Masteclasses
You’ve done the work.
You’re ready for the next step.
Certification Matters.
The global peer network you join, will matter.
And if this era of growth still feels ‘too soon’, ask yourself:
IF NOT NOW, WHEN?
Why Now?
This isn’t a trend, it’s a renaissance.
Across the world, microdosing is becoming a new language of healing, growth and performance.
United States
Over 8 million adults used psilocybin last year—nearly half for microdosing. States like Oregon and Colorado have legalized frameworks supporting safer use.
Canada
Over 15 cities have grey-market psilocybin dispensaries. Canadian-led research shows strong benefits to mood, clarity, and mental health.
The Netherlands
Microdosing truffles are legally sold and supported by a structured ecosystem of coaches, smart shops, and retreats.
Australia
New legal reforms and medical access to psychedelics are reshaping mental health care and paving the way for microdosing practices.
Why THIS Program is Different
Graduate with experience, rather than looking for it.
You will work with real clients under supervision from experienced facilitators, participate in peer reflection sessions and enjoy genuine engagement with complexity. Basically, everything you need to surpass what you think you are capable of and thus be ready to start working, the moment you graduate.
Our 4 Core Pillars
1. Two Real Practicums
You won’t just study theory. You’ll coach real people in live settings, with expert feedback.
During two practicums you will:
- Practice coaching skills to hold safe, ethical space
- Guide real clients with non-clinical goals like creativity, clarity, and confidence
- Navigate complex conversations without overstepping your scope
- Reconnect with ancestral wisdom through ritual, presence, and intuition
This is more than practice. It’s a rite of passage into the grounded, wise facilitator you’re becomong
2. Multi-Medicine protocols
Go beyond psilocybin.
Learn to safely guide clients using diverse, legal microdosing protocols.
The program includes LSD, truffles, amanita muscaria, caapi vine, San Pedro, and more.
So you can offer guidance tailored to your clients goals and regions.
Note: This program does not cover treatment of clinical diagnoses or pharmaceutical tapering.
3. Science meets Ceremony
You’ll learn about
- Nueroscience, neuroplasticity and how microdosing affects the brain.
- Ancestral wisdom and sacred traditions that respect plant teachers
- Integrating science and ceremony for self discovery
Because real transformation is somatic and spritual, not just chemical.
4. Coaching Foundations to Start Your Practice with Confidence
We’ll help you:
- Build confidence in your coaching identity
- Clarify your message and offering
- Differentiate yourself in the marketplace
- Structure your sessions with presence and purpose
You’ll be ready to start transforming lives

FAQs:
In our program, “sacred space” is more than a quiet room – it’s an intentional, transformational environment where clients feel safe, respected, and deeply supported. We teach facilitators how to create this space through opening and closing rituals, clear agreements, and subtle energetic cues. This sacred container helps clients access their inner wisdom, process insights, and integrate experiences meaningfully, whether the focus is on healing, creativity, or personal growth.
While psilocybin-containing mushrooms and truffles are our main focus, we also explore other plant and fungal allies such as salvia, ayahuasca, San Pedro (Huachuma), and their microdosing potential. You’ll learn their historical, cultural, and ceremonial contexts, as well as modern, safe applications. The emphasis is on informed, ethical facilitation that respects both tradition and current science.
Working with people in altered states, even subtle ones from microdosing, can surface unexpected emotions, memories, or physical discomfort. We train facilitators to respond with presence, groundedness, and clear protocols. This includes verbal de-escalation techniques, safe space-holding, knowing when to pause or adjust a session, and understanding when to refer clients to additional professional support. Safety – physical, emotional, and ethical – is at the core of our methodology.
No advanced scientific background is required. We teach the neuroscience, pharmacology, and psychology of microdosing in accessible terms. What matters most is your ability to listen deeply, build trust, and guide clients through structured self-reflection. Many of our most impactful facilitators come from coaching, therapy, education, or somatic practice backgrounds rather than pure science. The scientific knowledge serves to support your credibility and understanding, while relational skills make the real difference in your clients’ outcomes.
The training is built around five interconnected modules:
1. Coaching Mindset – Building trust, active listening, ethical boundaries, and empowering clients.
2. Microdosing Science & Practice – Evidence-based protocols, safety considerations, and dosage guidance.
3. Traditional Practices – Indigenous wisdom, ceremony, and respectful cultural integration.
4. Practical Application – Designing sessions, adapting to individual needs, and managing group dynamics.
5. Personal Integration & Methodology – Reflecting on your journey and crafting your own facilitation style.
The program culminates in you developing a signature methodology that aligns with your strengths, values, and client base.
Not anymore. The skills from the former 6-week Microdosing Coaching Program are now seamlessly integrated into the first practicum of the facilitator training. This means you’ll learn by doing – guiding another person through a full microdosing journey under supervision. This practical approach ensures you develop confidence and competence early in the program.
The facilitator training runs primarily on Sundays at 8:00 AM Pacific Time / 5:00 PM Netherlands time, with each session lasting about 2.5 hours. We know life can get busy, so all sessions are recorded in high quality and uploaded to our course platform. This ensures you can revisit the teachings, pause to take notes, or catch up if you can’t attend live. Many students combine live attendance with replay study for deeper integration.
We believe microdosing facilitation lives at the intersection of evidence-based practice and intuitive, heart-centered guidance. The science – neuroscience, clinical studies, and pharmacology – helps validate the work for clients and builds facilitator confidence. The spirituality – ceremony, presence, and mindful intention – nourishes the deeper human need for meaning, connection, and transformation. Our approach invites you to integrate both, so your facilitation can resonate with a wide range of clients.
Applications can be submitted via our website, use the buttons on this page.
After applying, you’ll be invited to a personal Zoom call with a team member to ensure the program fits your goals and experience. The investment in the program is €4500 excluding apllicable VAT. Early enrollment offers a reduced tuition rate, and we provide two flexible payment plans. The next cohort begins in November, and spaces are intentionally limited to maintain personal attention and mentoring.
We keep this cohort intimate and high-touch. Because deep transformation doesn’t happen in a crowd.
If you’re ready to:
Lead from lived experience
Facilitate within ethical, empowering boundaries
Be part of a movement rooted in reverence, science, and service
We look forward to meeting you
